Wheelstone?[edit]
Can someone please clarify the whole Wheelstone thing? I still don't get it, but it doesn't seem right to simply remove all mention of it from the article. —Legoless (talk) 01:24, 12 August 2013 (GMT)
- In the quest he claims that the amulet is the Wheelstone of Windhelm and says that it is held by the court mage. It is a ruse to get the player to sell the amulet to him. Most of that section was taken from Blood on the Ice.--Catmaniac66 (talk) 01:49, 12 August 2013 (GMT)
- EDIT: On second thought it appears all mentions of it were removed which seems like the best thing for the lore page. The actions of the player don't really matter much so the reference to a wheelstone wasn't really needed.--Catmaniac66 (talk) 01:51, 12 August 2013 (GMT)
- Its a blatant lie by Calixto. The Wheelstone story is just a ruse, as catmaniac says. He says "This is the Wheelstone. It's an heirloom symbol of the power of Windhelm." while the cs also shows how the line is supposed to come across "He's lying. This is really a magical artifact of great power which he had and misplaced. He's attempting to throw the player off the track of the mur". The story is not relevant to the lore of the item, and is disproven by later findings in the quest too. Silence is GoldenBreak the Silence 02:04, 12 August 2013 (GMT)
