Not in Tribunal

Actually, the appropriate action in a case like this is to move the page, which preserves the page history. Admittedly, the page history isn't long in this case, but still it is all around easier for everyone if pages are moved. So I've gone ahead and done that. --Nephele^Talk 11:00, 17 August 2007 (EDT)

Moving is something any editor can do. Just click on the "move" tab that appears at the top of any article and you'll get an option to move/rename the article. Also, FYI, if you do need to request deletion for an article the best way to do it is to add a tag like {{proposeddeletion}} to the article, which then automatically places the list in the admins' lists of articles that need to be deleted.
