I must confront Martius Silius on Boregis' serious allegations against him regarding the Blackridge incident.

This quest is rather straight forward, after you discuss how you found the murderer with Noura she will tell you that the next event will be in the Imperial Arena. You will then head off to meet up with Martius Silius, where he will say you have talent but that you should stop sticking your nose in places it doesn't belong, you will then have to confront him and tell him that you found the murderer in Blackridge and have killed them. He will then tell you that you can both settle this whole affair in the arena in front of the Empire.

After this discussion, the quest will end and you can then go and speak to Noura for the next tournament quest.
