Two types of advanced armors are added by the Beyond Skyrim: Cyrodiil mod: Chainmail and Mithril.

  • Chainmail armor is a medium-quality light armor than requires the Advanced Armors perk to be forged, using a combination of iron and quicksilver ingots.
  • All items can be tempered using 1 iron ingot, and having the Advanced Armors perk doubles the quality improvement.
  • It appears in leveled lists starting at level 8 (enchanted varieties at level 9).
