The Traders' Quarters is a living area in the Imperial City Waterfront Tunnel.

The quarters' common room is a dining area/kitchen; one corner has a counter and stacks of food cupboards that serves as a meal prep area, and a table and two benches sits in the opposite corner. The two private rooms open off the east and south walls.

East is Betty's room, which is small and well-kept. She has a chest for valuables near the door, along with a table she uses as a desk (which also has a jewelry chest on it). Her bed is situated at the rear of the room, along with four cupboards - two for clutter and two for clothing.

Eradrann's room, small and messy, is to the south. Three cupboards - two for clutter and one for clothing - sit near the door, along with a chair in the corner. His bed is in the far corner; a chest for valuables sits nearby. A table and chair sit against the wall opposite the bed.
