The Riverside Shack is a house that you can buy from Vark for 1500 gold. It is located on the shore of the Niben Bay, a short distance north east of Bravil.
The shack consists of a single room with a loft on the upper floor. It comes fully furnished: three tables and two stools downstairs, and a single bed, dresser, and washstand upstairs. Storage consists of a small chest and a crate, though there is a closet with plenty of shelf space.
On the plus side, the shack has a large porch with a spectacular view of the Niben Bay, an outhouse (conveniently positioned over the water), and a firepit for summer cookouts. A rowboat moored just up the shore can take you out to Marsh's island as well.
