The Riverside Shack

The Riverside Shack is a house that you can buy from Vark for 1500 gold. Vark will only talk about the shack after Ferntail has mentioned that his old house is for sale. It is located on the shore of the Niben Bay, a short distance northeast of Bravil.

The shack consists of a single room with a loft on the upper floor. It comes fully furnished: three tables and two stools downstairs, and a single bed, dresser, and washstand upstairs. Storage consists of a small chest and a crate, though there is a closet with plenty of shelf space.

On the plus side, the shack has a large porch with a spectacular view of the Niben Bay, an outhouse (conveniently positioned over the water), and a firepit for summer cookouts. A rowboat moored just up the shore can take you out to Marsh's island as well.
