The Dilapidated Shack is a building in Leyawiin. It is located behind Colovian Traders, hard against the west wall of the city. The only way to get to it is to pass by the statue of Topal the Pilot, go through the trees, and follow the path.

The shack starts out as a skooma den/bar; J'Zvari runs the place, providing skooma and food and drink to those who come to visit. After the skooma gang is eliminated, the building is bought up by the church and turned into a homeless shelter run by Long Tail, though the general layout doesn't change much.

An alcove near the door holds some crates covered by a tarp, along with a pair of empty barrels; the barrels hide a trap door leading to a cave system where the skooma dealers come and go. In the main room, a bar runs along the wall to the right as you enter; a chest of drawers and crates behind the counter hold skooma for sale, and some alchemy apparatus sits on a small table nearby (all of these are removed after the place is cleared out). The rest of the room is the common area, divided off by a cloth screens. A small table and two chairs sit against one wall, and several pallets are set out on the floor. One corner is screened off with a bucket for skooma addicts to do their business. {NewLeft}}
