Talk to Dodrick

The first time you enter Shipyard Supplies, the owner, Dodrick, will mistake you for a messenger. He'll give you a package meant for Captain Wolfe and ask you to deliver it to her: "Well, yeh definitely don't look like the seafarin' type. So, what can I do fer yeh? Oh, I know, yeh must be the one Wolfe sent to get her supplies fer her. Here, take them, but be careful, they're heavy! Just take them back to Wolfe, and get the gold she owes me for it."

Take the Package to Captain Wolfe

Captain Wolfe is the captain of The Heron's Tail and can be found there most of the time. Catch up to her and give her the package: "Oh? I thought Pinot was going to collect that. I'll take it now... it's not as heavy as I was expecting." Despite what Dodrick says, she won't give you any gold (nor will he for running his errand).
