The Bravil Dock Master

The Bravil Dock Master Office is located at the eastern end of the southern island on the Bravil Docks, right below Cadwyn's Discreet Tailoring.

Dock Master Rolland Elsyr works here, overseeing every ship that enters or leaves the harbor, as well as the disposition of their cargoes. He also offers passage on a ship to various ports of call.

The office itself is large but sparsely furnished. A large counter occupies the center of the room, behind which Rolland conducts his business. If he needs to come out and deal with people in a more personal manner, there's a small table to one side of the room where they can sit and chat. Otherwise, a bench beside the door offers a place for people to sit while they wait. A set of stairs leads up to the second floor, which is Rolland's private quarters.

As noted in Rolland's entry, he offers passage on a ship to the following locations: Anvil, Duncori Walk, Firsthold, Ft. Akatosh, the Imperial City Waterfront, Leyawiin, Senchal, Stirk, and Sutch.
