When you're editing, it's always a good idea to leave edit summaries to explain the changes you have made to a particular page, and remember to sign your talk page posts with four tildes ~~~~. Also, the "show preview" button is a great way to view the changes you've made so far without actually saving the page (our patrollers really appreciate it!).

Of course! In regards of what to prioritize, honestly just do what you find easiest. Base game NPCs had some outfit/facial changes throughout 2014 - 2016, but they've mostly remained unchanged since and there's no concern of them having changed outfits we can't get pictures of in the future, so you should be good to get photos whenever. Its more of a milestone to get all missing base game pics as the amount of missing pics is constantly changing due to new DLCs, and getting the base game pics would be a big accomplishment to check off the list. There's still many npcs with missing photos (and other npcs with low quality photos if you want to retake any you come across), they're all equally important so don't worry about which ones to get pictures of.
