Rarunsi Tervthi is a Dunmer healer, who resides in the sewers of Khalaan in the tunnel running north from the eastern square. Compared to many of the ghosts in this realm, she has kept her wits about her, and has noticed a steady decline in the number of ghosts over the centuries. She believes the Daedra have been capturing these ghosts using a special soul gem known as the Anguished Crux. She will ask you to retrieve the gem from Lord Methats Uldun's fortress so that she can release the spirits.

Rarunsi is also one of Khalaan's rare service providers, selling scrolls, potions, and spells of the Alteration, Illusion, Mysticism and Restoration schools. She also offers spellmaking services.
