War Council

It would help to know exactly which characters can appear at the War Council, and which quests must be finished before they appear. If I knew for sure, myself, I'd do something about it; however, that is not the case. Piffinatour (talk) 01:30, 14 June 2015 (UTC)

That would be useful, but until it's available your best bet is just to do all the Black Garrison and Shrouded Plain side quests before convening the council. —Legoless (talk) 01:35, 14 June 2015 (UTC)

Several incarnations of the The Groundskeeper

"Once you have rescued the Mage and King, the Groundkeeper will want to talk with you. Meet with her outside the Chapel, when you talk to her, her dialogue will have a new reply option." This is leading to some confusion as the Groundkeeper has several incarnations at the same time. When i talked to her outside the Chapel that new reply option didn't show up. Heading instead to her incarnation in front of the Fighters Guild and talking to her there showed that option up and enabled progress of the questline.
