While they may appear in the logs mentioned in the recent edit summary, having done The Rift somewhat recently, I do not recall ever seeing an NPC by this name, and there's only really one place the Shadowscales appear in The Rift, and it's at Honrich Tower. That's my line of thinking as well. The NPCs at Honrich Tower are weird. I faintly recall that a few of them disappear from the location once the objective is complete. One of the NPCs at the camp, Juutenma, has no dialogue in the current patch, but was part of a quest in Shadowfen that was cut before the game launched, so there's no context for her existence. The only clue nodding to her origin is the fact that she's dressed like a Shadowscale. She's accompanied by Shadowscale Enforcers: the Sentry was either replaced by them or occasionally spawns in place of them, like how the pirates on the Shaveskin's Lament don't have fixed respawn locations for specific enemy types (Strongarms spawning only near the gangplank, etc: any variation of the pirates can appear in any of the spawnpoints, the only thing set in stone is where an enemy spawns). -MolagBallet (talk) 04:41, 27 January 2024 (UTC)
