Exist?

I didn't find any NPCs named this during my completion of Deshaan recently. If it exists, not sure where they are, and the page currently is empty/vague about the location. --Drakonian (talk) 17:08, 22 December 2023 (UTC)

I don't see it in the logs, but it appears twice in the most recent version of the lang file with no gender marker. It appears 4 times in Update 10's lang file (all with no gender marker). I'll ask Jeancey if he remembers anything about the NPC, but this might warrant me going out of my way to look for videos from 2014 - '15 of people questing in Deshaan. This NPC is either deprecated or one of the tricky ones that doesn't log itself when you look at it for whatever reason (like Chews-on-Tail and Longfin, who also don't show up in our records, but nevertheless exist). -MolagBallet (talk) 19:19, 22 February 2024 (UTC)

Is it possible it's one of those "if someone else is on the quest with a follower, this is how they appear" type things? And since fewer people are likely to be running this specific quest at the same time as you now (as opposed to back then), we just aren't seeing them? I don't remember this NPC specifically, but I made a LOT of pages, and if I made it, I definitely saw it in game, I didn't make any NPC pages based on the logs.
