- Green Pact adherents are allowed to eat fruit that's already fallen from the tree, so it's safe to assume that's what it is. She does mention cleaning her fruit if you ask her if she needs help during the quest. -MolagBallet (talk) 18:44, 23 May 2021 (UTC)
