After witnessing their father get caught in an Apocryphal curse, Tralise asked me to help conduct a ritual to free him.

Quick Walkthrough

1. Talk to Tralise.
2. Acquire the three relics: The Blade of Binding, the Dwemer Accumulator, and the Runic Burial Urn.
3. Return to Tralise.
4. Speak to Ordinator Tandasea.
5. Follow the daily quest to enter a Bastion Nymic.
6. Defeat the first boss in Bastion Nymic.
7. Return to Tralise and assist in the ritual.

Detailed Walkthrough

Getting the Quest

To begin this quest, you must find Tralise at her camp south of Necrom and speak to her:

"I love my sister, but she's wrong. Our focus should be freeing our father from this curse. We can't afford to waste time searching for scattered pages just yet. Traveler, you may be our only hope. May I ask for your aid?"

What's to be done?

"I believe we can siphon the energy of this curse and place it on similarly powerful Telvanni relics. It would wound my father's pride beyond repair if we asked the magisters directly for aid, so I propose we borrow them instead."

Borrow?

"It wasn't long ago that these relics were in my family's possession. Had we not fallen out of favor, well, that's neither here not there. I promise to return to them.
Here's a list of all the necessary relics. You'll be compensated, of course."

I'll acquire the relics.

You will be given Tralise's List of Powerful Relics and can ask for further information regarding the relics. When you are finished with her, set out to find the three relics.

The Blade of Binding

The Blade of Binding can be found in Gorne. Gorne is located directly to the west of Necrom, near the water. You must take a boat to get there.

Once in Gorne, fight your way through the public dungeon, until you reach the central back room. The room the Blade of Binding is in is before the boss, Keeag. If you reach that boss, you have gone too far west. The Blade of Binding can be found upstairs on a desk.

The Dwemer Accumulator

The Dwemer Accumulator can be found in Kemel-Ze. Kemel-Ze is located in the far northwest of the zone, northwest of Nightmare Den. Once in Kemel-Ze, make your way through the dungeon, until you pass through the door straight forward into the Antechamber. Turn left and enter the West wing, where the Accumulator can be found in the northwest corner.

The Runic Burial Urn

The Runic Burial Urn

The Runic Burial Urn can be found in Camonnaruhn. Camonnaruhn can be found in the southwest of the zone, west of Clamorclap Bowl. Once in Camonnaruhn, make your way through the delve, until you reach the room before Matron Chruchak.

Once all the items are obtained, return to Tralise.

"You're back! I hope that means you've acquired the necessary relics. Unfortunately, in my haste, I failed to consider all the tools necessary for the ritual. My deepest apologies.
Traveler, I must ask you to venture into Apocrypha."

Here's the relics you asked for. What else do you need?

"Yensa is concerned that the three relics will not be enough to dull this curse. She recommends we source an ancient phylactery hidden away in Apocrypha by Magister Nisfarik. If you can acquire it, we can use its stored energy to power this ritual."

Do you know where it is?

"Yensa believes Nisfarik stored his most potent phylactery within Bastion Nymic. We'd go to retrieve it ourselves, but we must stay and begin preparations. I worry I've asked too much of you, but please, traveler. There isn't much time."

I'll go the Bastion Nymic and recover the phylactery.

"Thank you. Yensa and I will prepare the ritual. When you return we can begin immediately."

Bastion Nymic

You will now have to enter Bastion Nymic. Make your way to Necrom and speak to Ordinator Tandasea in order to begin the process of entering Bastion Nymic. You will receive one of the following quests.

• Bastion Nymic - Fallen Hues
• Bastion Nymic - Fungal Downs
• Bastion Nymic - Glasscrag
• Bastion Nymic - Writhing Wastes

You will have to gather the ichor, and fight until you defeat the first named boss: Either Kynmarcher Strix, the Eater of Secrets, or Vhogor the Pestilent. Whichever one you fight, you will receive the Phylactery from. You do not have to defeat the Herald afterwards.

Return to Tralise and assist in the ritual by placing the phylactery. Talk to Tralise again to turn in the quest.
