Mind over Magick is rewarded for completing all 5 difficulties of the Treacherous Crossing challenge in the Infinite Archive. To complete the challenge you will need to press all the switches to open a path through the black ooze filled with tentacles, the switches only last for a while, so it is both a speed challenge and a test that you are using the switches in the most optimal order.
