Vicilus Kelen

Vicilus Kelen is an Imperial herald who lives in the Imperial City Temple District with his daughter, Stella.

He wakes up at 7am every morning and eats breakfast at Palate's Imbuement for two hours, then goes to work at the Imperial Service. He returns home at 6pm and eats dinner, then reads a book until he goes to bed at 11pm.

Vicilus wears a blue velvet outfit, green velvet shoes, a jade topaz ring, and a gold ring. He carries a copy of The Argonian Account, vol 2, keys to the house and office, and a moderate amount of gold.

The house is located in the north-east corner of the Temple District. The ground floor is a dining room/office area; it has a dining table and chairs, and a small desk in the middle of the room. The upstairs is split into two rooms: the outer is Vicilus' bedroom, which has his bed, a small desk, and a cupboard; the inner is Stella's, and has her bed, various chests of drawers, and a small sitting area.
