Stella Kelen

Stella Kelen is an Imperial herald who lives in the Imperial City Temple District with her father, Vicilus.

She wakes up at 7am every morning and eats breakfast for three hours, then goes to work at the Imperial Ministry. She returns home at 6pm and eats dinner, then either reads a book or does some sewing until she goes to bed at 11pm.

Stella wears a black velvet dress, blue suede shoes, a gold amulet, and a pair of copper rings. She carries a copy of On Oblivion, keys to the house and office, and a moderate amount of gold.

The house is located in the northeast corner of the Temple District. The ground floor is a dining room/office area; it has a dining table and chairs, and a small desk in the middle of the room. The upstairs is split into two rooms: the outer is Vicilus' bedroom, which has his bed, a small desk, and a cupboard; the inner is Stella's, and has her bed, various chests of drawers, and a small sitting area.
