Welcome[edit]

Hello Shashakiro! Welcome to UESPWiki. It's always good to have new members. If you would like to help improve any of our pages, you may want to take a look at the following links:

When you're editing, it's always a good idea to leave edit summaries to explain the changes you have made to a particular page, and remember to sign your talk page posts with four tildes ~~~~. Also, the "show preview" button is a great way to view the changes you've made so far without actually saving the page (our Patrollers really appreciate it!).

Feel free to practice editing in the sandbox and don't hesitate to contact one of our mentors if you need any help. Have fun! --Wolok gro-Barok 19:30, 27 July 2009 (UTC)

Museum of Oddities[edit]

Can you explain your reasoning for adding that note? I can't even see how you would get that number. Also, even if it was a viable number, it would be different for every person, so you can't just say "on average." Also, the number is useless if you don't include the amber. I just don't see why it would need to be included either (since it is a rather obscure statistic even if true). Thanks. –Elliot talk 20:17, 22 August 2009 (UTC)

I posted how I got the number (which was originally wrong, oops) on that page's talk, but basically, the point of the number is its size, not its exact value. The page does not mention anywhere the rather important fact that the quest, statistically, is almost certain to be the most time-consuming quest in the entire game--I've spent far more time on it alone than I spent on the entire Main Quest, for example, and I don't think I've even opened 735 containers yet--and the number is just a mathematical way of backing up that claim. And I replied. –Elliot talk 20:30, 22 August 2009 (UTC)
