When you're editing, it's always a good idea to leave edit summaries to explain the changes you have made to a particular page, and remember to sign your talk page posts with four tildes ~~~~. Also, the "show preview" button is a great way to view the changes you've made so far without actually saving the page (our patrollers really appreciate it!).

Ah, thanks. Even though I know that's C+Ped, it's good to be welcomed. As you can see here, I had to create my own user & talk page. If that doesn't normally happen, you should look into it. ;) Raeukin 17:51, 12 September 2011 (UTC)

To indent, you're supposed to use columns (I tried using space the first time too, but you create a box that way). As for creating your user page and talk page, that's normal they don't exist at first, after all, many user just sign up and then never actually make edits, so a userpage etc. would just take unnecessary space.
