Welcome[edit]

Hello! Welcome to UESPWiki. It's always good to have new members.

I noticed that you have been adding some images, which is extremely helpful to the wiki. Thanks so much.

Just briefly, I think that maybe some of your images could be a little better if they were brighter. However, the quality of your shots otherwise look very, very good, and it is almost always better to have something rather than nothing. If you would like some tips for making your imgages brighter, you can check all the info on the help pages. Quickly, I would say that for outside shots, you might want to consider the following:

  • Making sure that the shots are taken in daytime, when light is good.
  • Using console codes to change the weather to a brighter day.

For both interior and exterior shots:

  • It can be helpful to experiment with using the Magelight spell to illuminate an area from behind where you are taking the shot from.
  • There may be some things you can do with your image editor program to brighten up the shots.

I am not an expert on taking images at all, but if you want more advice on this, you can certainly ask me, or I can probably recommend some people who are really good at taking great images.

But like I said, you are doing great, and I think most others on the wiki would say: Keep going, we appreciate it!

You may want to take a look at the following links if you have not seen them:

If you, on the other hand, would like to spice up your userpage, take a look at this link:

When you're editing, it's always a good idea to leave edit summaries to explain the changes you have made to a particular page, and remember to sign your talk page posts with four tildes ~~~~. Also, the "show preview" button is a great way to view the changes you've made so far without actually saving the page (our patrollers really appreciate it!).

Feel free to practice editing in the sandbox or discuss the games in the forums. If you need any help, don't hesitate to contact me (either on my talk page, or here on your own talk page), or one of our mentors. Have fun! --JRTalk E-mail 03:32, 16 February 2012 (UTC)
