My Goals

These are the goals that I have for the site:

• I want every newcomer to arrive on our doorstep and have the ability to learn our goals, procedures, and values immediately.
• I want experienced members not to cringe when I mention the word newcomer.
• If a newcomer needs extra assistance after reading our goals, procedures, and values, we should have a way to teach the newcomer while burning as little of the site's "fuel" as possible.
• We need to find out how to identify and get rid of the bad editors. Again, something that does not burn much fuel.
• We'll need to find out a way to organize what we're doing into a central location so that others can hop on board and help out.
• Finally, we need a way to encourage experienced editors to stay and keep editing and keep up the civility in the community.
