Summary

Provides a consistent method of linking to The Imperial Library, providing a central point for all TIL URLs in case they change things around again.

Parameters

TIL

Parameter	Scope	Description
1	optional	Text to display in the link. Defaults to "The Imperial Library" if not provided.
2	optional	If not provided, links to the TIL home page. If it matches a variable on UESPWiki:The Imperial Library, loads the page stored in the variable. Otherwise, tries to load the /content/{{{2}}} page at TIL.
