Quick Walkthrough

1. Talk to Hartise at the Helnim Guild of Fighters to learn about the tainted goods supplied by Ervul Draonth.
2. Talk to Ervul at his Enchantment shop in Tel Gilan with a high enough disposition to learn about a boat of smugglers north of town.
3. Follow the river north of Helnim and discover a band of hostile smugglers on a boat.
4. Kill all the smugglers.
5. Return to Hartise for your reward

10		Hartise has discovered a potential source for the cursed scrolls from Arfil's incident at the Daedric ruin. She wants me to find out where Ervul Dranoth, an enchanter in the Telvanni section of Helnim, where he [sic] gets his discount merchandise. I may have to bribe him, so Hartise has also provided 200 gold for such expenses.
15		I found a note to Ervul from someone, perhaps it is from the smugglers.
20		Ervul told me that the source of the merchandise is a boat anchored on the beach north of Helnim. I can reach it easily by following the river north out of town a short way.
25		The boat was filled with smugglers and a sorcerer, all of whom I managed to defeat. Hopefully now the town will not be plagued by cursed supplies.
30	Finishes quest	Hartise rewarded me handsomely for taking care of the smugglers.
