Detailed Walkthrough

Drithnil Virith is the owner of an healer's shop in Tel Gilan, the Telvanni tower east of Helnim. At the time of your arrival he has growing suspicions about the local, Nisirel, who he believes is planning to rob him. He will ask you to confront Nisirel.

Nisirel's shop is a little way up the 'road' in Tel Gilan. Ask her about Nisirel. She is extremely flustered by the line of questioning, but will refuse to explain herself. You will need to go back to Drithnil to report.

Drithnil will only be confirmed in his paranoia by Nisirel's response, and requests that you search her shop for evidence. This is available within the chest by her bed - a diary expressing a deep and unrequited passion for Drithnil.

Exit Nisirel's shop, and you will be greeted by Tel Gilan's enchanter, Ervul Dranoth. He has been feeling the impact of Nisirel's competition with his own shop, and seeks to drive her out of down. His proposal is simple - plant some evidence (alchemical notes) in Nisirel's chest, alert Drithnil, and let him call the guards. If you choose to do this, Drithnil will reward you with 50 gold. An additional 100 gold will come from Ervul when you visit him, as the manacled Nisirel is led away. If you choose to tell Drithnil the truth however, he will reward you with an Amulet of Recall.

20		Nisirel denied that she intends to steal Drithnil's formulae, but refused to explain why she keeps visiting his shop. Drithnil will want to know about this.
30		Drithnil is convinced that Nisirel has ulterior motives for her visits. He wants me to search her shop for evidence.
40		I found Nisirel's diary in her shop: the alchemist is clearly in love with Drithnil. If I show it to him, it should take care of his suspicions.
50		The local enchanter, Ervul Dranoth, asked me to plant some alchemical notes in Nisirel's chest in order to confirm Drithnil's suspicions and cause trouble for her business.
55		I have planted the notes in Nisirel's chest.
60		I reported to Drithnil that Nisirel was stealing his work. He rewarded me with some gold.
65	Finishes quest	I reported to Ervul that I framed Nisirel for stealing Drithnil's work. Ervul gave me a small amount of gold.
70	Finishes quest	I told Drithnil about Nisirel's feelings for him. He was pleasantly surprised and gave me an amulet as a reward. He said he will pay Nisirel a visit and apologize for his mistaken suspicions.
