Quick Walkthrough

1. Talk to Urien Poralia about so loud and some possessions.
2. Collect Urien's possessions.
   • Find his ring in the Empress Katariah.
   • Find his journal in the Moth and Tiger.
   • Find his gloves in the Legion Boarding House.
   • Find his sword in the Salty Futtocks.
3. Return to Urien to collect your reward.

Detailed Walkthrough

Urien Poralia

Urien Poralia can be found in his home in Old Ebonheart. Although his door is locked, the key can be found lying in front of it.

A groggy Urien will ask you to find his ring, journal, gloves, and sword -- all of which he lost during his pub crawl the night before. He will point you to the Empress Katariah, where he started his evening.

The Empress Katariah

Naamalvu Erendi, the publican of the Empress Katariah, says she has Urien's ring, but she won't give it to you until you deal with the mess he left upstairs. If you head upstairs, you will find an empty crate and a mudcrab left there as a prank. After killing the mudcrab, Naamalvu will hand over the ring and point you towards the Moth and Tiger.

The Moth and Tiger

Valia Vautere, the publican of the Moth and Tiger, has Urien's journal. However, since he ran out before paying his tab and she will not hand it over before it is paid. You can either pay the 60 gold yourself, or return to Urien who will let you take some gold from a chest in his house. Valia says Urien left the Moth and Tiger to go gamble with the legionaries across the street.

The Legion Boarding House

Ulka gra-Bol is upstairs in the Legion Boarding House. She won Urien's gloves off him while gambling and does not wish to part with them.

If you are at least a Knight Errant of the Imperial Legion, Ulka can be ordered to hand over the gloves. Otherwise you will either have to buy them or roll the dice (the wager topic) for them.

The Salty Futtocks

Although Ulka does not know where Urien went after leaving the Legion Boarding House, reading his journal will tell you he initially wanted to go to the Salty Futtocks. Indeed if you go there, Alcibius will tell you what happened to Urien's missing sword. He will give you one half of the broken blade and tell you the other should be in the alley outside.

Return the items

After collecting all items, return to Urien for your reward. Having sobered up some, he will also question how you entered his house.

Notes

• The items can be collected in any order.
• If Naamalvu Erendi has gone into hiding, she will hand over the ring immediately.
• Ulka gra-Bol will gamble with you even after finishing the quest. If she runs out of money, you can wait for her to get paid.
• Ulka gra-Bol has a set of lucky dice on her. Pickpocketing these reduces her rolls.
