Not Clearing

after siding with kematu and letting him take her,

returning to the cave shows kematu and his buddies still there. and the cave does not show clear even after killing all inhabitants.

I'm on the PC version and I can't get it to clear either. I sided with Saadia, killing all of the Alik'r in the place, but it won't update as Cleared. When I returned to Whiterun there were two more Alik'r Warriors standing at the entrance of the town with nothing to say (besides the idle banter). I tried to kill them and see if that'd help, but it doesn't. I guess we'll have to wait for Bethesda on this one. 76.172.107.173 10:46, 3 January 2012 (UTC)

Unmineable Corundum Ore Patch

Just East of this location, there seems to be an unmineable corundum ore patch on the mountain: The graphic for it is on the ground, but does not allow a mining interaction with it. Can someone else please also confirm? --Arpaleggia 20:40, 2 January 2012 (UTC)

Just east of the Stendarr shrine (SE of Swindler's Den) -- I found a similar unmineable iron ore vein. Seems to be a lot of that sort of thing in this area. Bewing (talk) 21:35, 21 October 2013 (GMT)

There is a bug where ore veins don't respawn as they are supposed to; it may be related to that. Xolroc (talk) 21:39, 21 October 2013 (GMT)

Frequent freeze in third chamber

I've had problems with to characters often getting complete game freezes on my 360 as I approach and enter the third chamber and engage the numerous bandits within that area. It doesn't happen every single time, but quite often, and on my second character I'm restarting the game for the third time on my first run-through of it.--Playerseekingbugs (talk) 02:01, 2 December 2012 (GMT)

Can someone please add found Skill Book on page?

I came across a skill book during this quest af Swindler's Den but couden't find it mentioned on this page. Beneath Treasures only the book Thief is mentioned. I have allready added the book in the walkthrough as seen but I do not see an option to add it to thr page under Treasures. — Unsigned comment by 213.17.28.90 (talk) at 17:32 on 13 June 2016 (UTC)

I'll just use this section to give the verification for this. To test it, I went into the cave, and the book Night falls on Sentinel wasn't on the crate; went out, started Rustleif's quest, went back to the cave and there it was. So the quest is definitely what spawns it. --95.222.31.235 18:09, 20 December 2017 (UTC)
