Shared inventory with other NPCs?

Playing on Switch. I encountered the male peddler in the Reach, sold him a few pieces of Dwemer junk and an amethyst. Kept playing. Fast-forward about a real-time hour of play later, still in the Reach, I encountered a Skooma dealer who surprisingly had "misc" stuff in his inventory -- and it's all the stuff I sold to the peddler earlier. Bit weird, lol. Has this happened to anyone else and/or is this a documented phenomenon? SaltInstitute (talk) 00:12, 11 March 2023 (UTC)
