Steps to perform achievement: Turn on hard mode, kill all three mini bosses at least once (so he starts doing lightning phases), then wait until you get the red aoe under your feet. Once you have it, rolling will cause it to strike your old position. Stand close enough to the boss, then roll to cause it to strike the boss.
