Location (post quest ?)

I was able to get the note after some nontrivial jumping along the cliff finally arriving around 0.355/0.084 in Valley of Blades. There are several grappling posts around that look like they could help, but they are just non-functioning (are those activated during some quest?). Anyway PTS patch 5.3.0 mentions a post quest location, so perhaps we just wait till it goes live and there is a better way to get at it. --Alfwyn (talk) 23:42, 22 February 2020 (GMT)
