Victims are characters seen during random encounters throughout Tamriel. They are being fed upon by one to three vampires, whom you must kill to free the victim.

When you free them, they stand up and flee.

Victim: "I almost died … it's not safe here."

Victim: "Thank you, sera."

Victim: "You saved me? I'm grateful."

Victim: "I'm alive! Thank the gods!"

Victim: "Shor's bones! Thank you, stranger!"
