Tebeba is a Khajiit and Baandari trader who can sometimes be found in Trader's Cove. She can either be an optional or primary target of the Black Sacrament.

As an optional target, Speaker Terenus wants her dead because she has been using a third-party assassin rather than the Dark Brotherhood. As the primary target, her death is wanted as revenge for a family heirloom she swindled from someone and then lost.
