Sir Yonal is a Redguard member of the Knights of Saint Pelin found at the Bangkorai Garrison near the Royal Crypt. He is giving aid to enemy Imperials following the attack, as is the way of St. Pelin to help all those in need.

He warns you not disturb the Imperials under his care:

Why are you tending to these Imperials?
