"Right. The Guild. You know, takes contracts, rights wrongs. You should join up! Our new guildmaster is an Argonian woman, Sees-All-Colors. She has us working to a singular purpose: hunting down the Daedra and their damned Anchors."

"Those stone dolmens, you might have seen them. Enormous chains descend from the sky? A passage opens to Oblivion, and Daedra boil out to lay waste to the countryside. I don't know who started calling them Daedric Anchors, but it fits."

During A Tangled Net when you're instructed to talk to the entertainers, she'll be upstairs of Fazaddu's House. When you first speak to her, she'll say:

"A fair day to you, friend. Care to try your strength against mine?
I may not look like much, but in Morrowind, I arm-wrestled many a Nord warrior to his knees!"

She will be a suitable entertainer for Vitellia Strabo.
