Rain Disciple Bewitchers are Orc Shamans of the Rain Disciples, a cult lead by Lorelia, the nereid of Halcyon Lake. They can be found in the local Ayleid Ruin of Bisnensel. Depending on your quest progress and decisions, they may be hostile or neutral.
