Nilyne is a Dark Elf hunter found in Stormhold. She has no unique dialogue.
Nilyne exits Daynila's House and passes the wayshrine. She then crosses the large Dunmer-style bridge to the east of Tarvynil's House and crosses it, passing Iflin. Once she's a good distance away from Stormhold on the path, she'll disappear to hunt in the wilderness.
