Mevil Rendar is a Dark Elf hunter found at a small mountain camp south of Nchuleft. The camp is reached from a set of stairs cut into the mountainside. Several bear traps guard the area before the stairs. A thieves trove can be found beside him.
He has nothing to say to you except generic threats to leave his property.
