When you approach, she'll be talking with a Nord, Halgrel:

Maerassa : "I don't care what you say. I'm heading into the jungle!"

Halgrel: "Don't be stupid, Rassa. You're safer here in the stockade."

Maerassa : "I am a good hunter! Freedom or death!"

She'll then disappear through the stockade gate.
