Aid Cipher Agrushna is investigating Quires Wind.

Something strange is going on in the scriptorium of Quires Wind. Hermaeus Mora's servants, mortal and Daedra alike, have been corrupted by some outside influence. I agreed to investigate Quires Wind and deal with the source of corruption.

	I need to make my way into Quires Wind to find the strange scrolls Cipher Agrushna wants me to destroy. Objective: Enter Quires Wind
	I need to burn the scrolls corrupting Quires Wind. Then I need to find Cipher Sabinius and make sure he doesn’t have any more scrolls. Objective: Burn the Corrupted Scrolls: 0/4 Objective: Take Scroll from Cipher Sabinius
	I burned the corrupted scrolls and found Cipher Sabinius dead. He had one unused scroll with him. I should return to Cipher Agrushna. Objective: Exit Quires Wind
Finishes quest	I destroyed the corrupted scrolls in Quires Wind and discovered the fate of Cipher Sabinius. I should return to Cipher Agrushna and collect my reward. Objective: Talk to Cipher Agrushna
