Grimder is a Nord soldier with aspirations of becoming a hunter. He can be found leaning against the wall outside the Whispering Axe Tavern in Morthal.

When spoken to, he'll say one of the following:

• "It's not so bad being a soldier. Regular meals. Not many responsibilities. But you've got to take orders. Go where you're told. Fight when you're told.
  Don't tell my captain, but part of me wants to wander and live off the land."
• "You ever been hunting? You look like you've got some skills. A few more seasons and I'll be out of the soldiering business. Thinking of taking up hunting then. Probably safer, I'll bet.
  Though I suppose it depends on what you're hunting."
• "You seen Vigrida around? I was hoping she'd give me some hunting tips.
  I'm not bad at making traps. Pretty good with a bow, too. When I'm finally done being a soldier, I thought I'd take up hunting."
