Speaking with him before General Dar-Liurz:

"Greetings, warrior. Grand Warlord Zimmeron has given us much to do. The Pact needs every hero it can get!"

Can you tell me about mission boards?

Eventually you will be asked to report to General Jeggord.

"Yes? What is it?"

General Dar-Liurz sent me over here.

"Got tired of you pestering her, eh?
Very well. I administer the Battle and Warfront missions. Go ahead, ask me about them."

What are Battle missions?

"Battle missions send small groups of soldiers to capture enemy resources. Each keep is supported by a farm, lumbermill, and mine. Denying the enemy these resources is the first step to claiming that keep for the Pact."

How about Warfront missions?

"A Warfront mission targets one of the enemy's keeps. Controlling keeps is the key to conquering Cyrodiil. This is a major effort though—go in without a large force and you're all going to die."

Is that everything? (Appears once you have asked about one of the quest types.)

"There's always more to learn, but the battlefields will be your teacher from this point on. The mission boards await. Start with a Scouting mission; you're less likely to die on one of those.

Post-Quest Dialogue

When you turn in one of his board quests, he acknowledges your accomplishment.

General Jeggord: "You have a knack for getting things done, soldier. Keep it up."

General Jeggord: "Grand Warlord Zimmeron will hear of your success, warrior!"

General Jeggord: "Seems like the more we do, the more Zimmeron finds for us to do. Keep it up!"

General Jeggord: "Someday, all of Cyrodiil will be ours and there will be nothing more to do. Until then, keep fighting!"

General Jeggord: "Good work, warrior. Plenty more to do though."

If the Pact owns all of Cyrodiil, he will say:

"We have crushed our enemies! All Cyrodiil's keeps belong to the Pact. Consult the other boards for tasks, as we have no Warfront missions now."
