Speaking to her before freeing her:

"You there. You're not one of these savages. Free me, quickly!"
Egannor sent me. I'll get you out.
"Out? No. Not after what they did. These Wood Orcs violated this holy site. They spit on the old ways. They captured the Faithful—my brothers, my sisters—and they tortured us.
The Wood Orcs will pay in kind."
How do you plan to do that?
"With death. Death from the trees, death from the grass, death from the mist and water and rocks. These Wood Orcs may not fear death. They will fear me."
Let's get you out of these ropes first.

Once out of her ropes, she will run off:

Fanrel: "Meet me below the Wood Orc fort. The Orcs must pay."

Find Fanrel after you find all the Falinesti and speak to her:

"You found me. Good."
What's your plan?
"Killing the rank-and-file solves nothing. These Wood Orcs celebrate violence. The chieftain is careless with the lives of his warriors.
No, we must strike close to the Chieftain's hearth and home."
How?
"The Warchief must not die until he has felt my pain, the pain of my Faithful. He will see his family murdered, one by one. He will rage and cry.
Only then will we grant him death."
You want to murder his entire family?
"One life for each of my faithful. Dushgor, his torturer. Roog, his son. Thushleg, his Hunt-Wife. Grashla, his Hearth-Wife.
When all these are dead, I will permit Chief Gorzesh to die."
What will that solve?
"Solve? You act like this is some kind of riddle to be puzzled out. The only way to stop this from happening again is to send a loud, unambiguous message—the kind even these Orc scum can't fail to understand.
Help me, or get out of my way."

If you exit out of the conversation before deciding whether to help her with getting revenge or not, she will say:

"You can help me, or you can leave, but I will avenge the Faithful." (Leads to choices)

If you refuse to help her:

I'm not helping you in blind vengeance. You're on your own.
"Then go. Find Egannor and claim your reward. Be sure to tell him about Halalin's mutilated corpse, and that you refused to help me avenge him.
I will finish this myself."

Speaking to her again if you refuse to help her with getting revenge:

"Go, then. I will finish this without you."

If you agree to help her with her personal quest:

All right. I'll help you get vengeance on these Orcs.
"Good. The son, Roog, waits for his father atop a watchtower. Grashla tends hearth in the large building in the center of the Orc fortress. Find them. Kill them. Bring both their heads back to me."
What will you do?
"Hunt-Wife Thushleg led the party that captured us. Soon she will have my blade in her back. As for Dushgor, I have something special planned for him.
He thinks he knows how to make captives scream. I will teach him a few new tricks."
What about Chief Gorzesh?
"He left on another hunt. When he returns, I plan to show him the heads we have gathered. Orcs aren't known for self-reflection, but I think he'll get the picture."

Speaking to her again before going for your targets:

"I will see to the Hunt-Wife and the torturer. You must see to the son and the Hearth-Wife.
Make them scream."
While I'm busy taking heads, what will you be doing? (Leads to same questions above)

After taking the heads of Roog and Grashla, return to her with their heads and she will let you know how to draw out Chief Gorzesh:

"Still alive. Good."
I have your heads.
"I have mine as well. We must send a clear message.
Gorzesh will return from his hunt soon. I have left him a note of sorts telling him where he can find his missing kin. It should lure him out of the fort."
Then what?
"There is a stone circle sacred to the Faithful not far from here. Go there, mount the heads, and touch the center stone.
This blood sacrifice will complete an ancient ritual to Y'ffre. Gorzesh will watch us commit his family to the Ooze."

Speaking to her again before going to the ritual circle:

"Go to the circle. I will draw Gorzesh out of his lair and lead him to you."

After placing the heads on the pikes, it will draw out Gorzesh and Fanrel will come out to assist you during the fight.

Once you killed Gorzesh and the ritual is completed, speak to her:

"Blood for blood. The Wood Orcs have learned what it means to cross the Falinesti Faithful."
Was this the revenge you wanted?
"The butchers got what they had coming to them. Word will spread, and the Wood Orcs will think twice about settling the Falinesti sites and slaughtering the faithful.
Thank you for your help."

After the quest, she will be grieving for her fallen friends:

"At last it is over. At last, I can grieve."
What will you do now?
"I will retrieve what bodies I can from the Orc camp, then lead Egannor and Nielas back to Woodhearth.
If the Orcs aren't gone by the time we return with more Faithful, so much the worse for them."
What exactly happened to Gorzesh and the rest of his family?
"When Bosmer trangress against the Green Pact, their souls are confined to the Ooze. There they remain for eternity, thinking upon their sins.
Gorzesh and his kin are among the first Orcs to join those damned souls."
