When you enter inside Auria's house, you will find Safia trying to lift a beam that has fell on her sister and Beragon will rush over to try to help:

Casta Auria: "It hurts so much, sister."

Safia Auria: "I know, little bug. Please, help me move this!"

After helping to lift the beam, Casta will be able to leave the house with her sister and she will thank you:

Casta Auria: "Thank you. I'm never coming back here."
