Description/Review: Integration: The Stranded Light is an uniquely different quest mod. It deeply integrates your race, attributes/skills, and achievements in both Cyrodiil and The Shivering Isles into your options of completing its quests. The quests often have many solutions, usually tied into these aspects of your character. It includes more than 80 quests with a strong emphasis on thinking, character interaction, choices, consequences, and lore. A new, joinable guild plays an important role in many of the quests, which often focus on thinking rather than combat, social skills instead of fighting. It also reaches beyond the typical mold of quest mods, seeking to enrich the existing game world as whole by breathing new life into previously ignored aspects of the game, such as the "news" printed in the The Black Horse Courier. The quests don't all follow a single storyline. It's more like a collection of short stories than an epic novel. In addition to the new guild, you will also find interesting quest rewards inspired by the Less Annoying Magic Experience (LAME) mod, a new form of transportation, and enchanting/spellmaking capabilities for those not in the Mages Guild, a multistage in-depth optional romance, the first Shivering Isles guild, and so much more!
Author's Notes: This mod used to have two mod requirements, but now has a version that only requires the Shivering Isles DLC Only use the requirements version if you have RBP and LAME

Description/Review: Billed as an unofficial sequel to the Knights of the Nine DLC, this mod places you on a quest that ultimately sends you back in time 4000 years to the eve of the fall of the Ayleid Empire. It has a very heavy emphasis on Elder Scrolls lore, providing insight into Pelinal Whitestrake and his allies while recreating many events that were described in the in-game books. The mod itself consists of a long, story-driven adventure consisting of 16 quests, a handful of smaller side quests, an interesting new worldspace, larger headquarters for the Knights of the Nine and user-configurable cosmetic options for the Crusader's Relics.

It earned Nexus Mod of the Month for July 2012.

Mod Name: Nehrim: At Fate's Edge
Size/Category: Massive
Status: Released
Author: SureAI Productions
Current Version: 1.5.0.8
Version Date: 31 Dec 2011
Links: Homepage
Requirements: n/a
Hours of Play: 100+
# of Quests (Sub Qs): 35 (30)
Tags: New Lands, Voiced
Lore Friendly Rating: 3 (see below)
Entry Last Updated: 14 Apr 2012
Description/Review: Nehrim is a massive total conversion that creates an entirely new world. The landmass is about the size of Cyrodiil, made completely from scratch. Unlike Oblivion, Nehrim's main quest is quite prominent; it features 35 parts, and there are 30 side quests as well. Although Nehrim is a fantasy setting like Oblivion, many other things are different: it uses experience points to level up; fast travel is disabled and guilds are absent; there is no level-scaling, and powerful items are both very rare and very hard to find. As a total conversion, Nehrim is not compatible with most Oblivion mods. You can use BOSS to see which mods are compatible, as well as the proper load order.

Lore Friendly Rating: TBD
Entry Last Updated: 14 Apr 2012
Description/Review: More than a year in the making, this mod brings together two of the most compelling story-driven mods released to date -- The Legacy and The Butcher of Armindale -- merging them into a unified storyline that will rock your world like nothing else has before. Includes the complete story/quest arcs from The Legacy and The Butcher (see the separate listings for those mods below) along with a new conclusion that takes place after the events in both of the original mods. Like the originals, this is a complex, multi-pathed quest/companion adventure that spans numerous encounters with more than 4,000 lines of dialogue, all driven by a powerful and riveting story. There are multiple paths you can take through the quests, each resulting in varying encounters and endings depending on your choices and actions. An instant classic, to be sure. Does not include voice acting. Note that you must not run this at the same time as The Legacy or The Butcher of Armindale -- if you have either of those mods, you must remove them before loading this one. The 1.2 update adds a massive new quest called Redemption that can be played during the main part of the story or afterward (if you've already completed TotF 1.0). TESNexus Mod of the Month for July 2007.

Mod Name: Windfall
Size/Category: Massive
Status: Released
Author: Ed_Conn
Current Version: 1.0
Version Date: 16 Jan 2009
Links: TESNexus
Requirements: n/a
Hours of Play: TBD
# of Quests (Sub Qs): 50+
Tags: New Lands
Lore Friendly Rating: TBD
Entry Last Updated: 14 Apr 2012
Description/Review: This is a massive, story-driven quest mod that takes place in the once prosperous city of Windfall, on an island south of Anvil. The mod lets you play through as many as 52 different quests spanning multiple storylines set on the island. With several factions vying for dominance of the city, your actions and choices will help determine the course and outcome of the stories. Will you help the rightful ruler put down a rebellion and restore peace to the city? Or will you help the peasants overthrow the oppressive ruler and liberate the city? The choice is yours. And what of the rest of the island and its inhabitants? This is a great mod for low-level characters, and should also scale up fairly well for higher-level characters. In the grand tradition of Morrowind, there's not much handholding here, so you'll need to figure out a lot of things on your own (without the help of quest markers) and you'll often need to talk to more than one NPC to figure out what's going on. No voice acting yet.
