Mehra Milo's room in the Hall of Wisdom has no ownership on containers. It has 2 sacks, 3 urns, a chest, a drawer, and a bed. It also has a small table, a shelf, and the top of the drawers for display. The lock level on the door is 20 and is unguarded. The key can even be found behind a drape near the door.
