Sells Moon Sugar, but won't deal w/you if on you... Haha!

Someone really needs to add this fact... Thaeril has 2 moon sugar in inventory for sale. In her dialog though, strangely she speaks out about Skooma, and hypocritically will NOT barter with you if you have any moon sugar on you - even thay sold from HER. Haha! I would add myself, but I am best to not screw up the format you all have going.
