Mehrunes Dagon Premium Bundle was available in the Bethesda Gear Store for $120.00 USD. It was released in 2021 in place of a physical Collector's edition for ESO: Blackwood. It contained three items (not including the game), and was available for pre-order until stock ran out.

It came packaged in a box with Blackwood's key art printed on the exterior. In order to purchase this bundle, it had to be the only thing in your cart, limited to one per customer. The website alleged it would be ready to ship around the month of June 2021.
