Expansion of the Page

I wanted to make a conquests page, and currently have a draft on my sandbox page with a few entries filled in. I feel this page is distinct enough from the wars and empires pages, since it kind of combines parts of both and adds a lot of information. Before I continue on such a large page, would this be accepted or should it stay as a redirect page? I could always just add information/context directly to the relevant pages of each conquest or to the wars/empires pages if the page is unnecessary but the information itself looks good.
