Vibeke the Stone was a Nord chieftain of Thirsk who lived in the second century of the Fourth Era. She would be the ruler of Thirsk during the Great War, although Solstheim was unnafected by it.
She became Chieftain of Thirsk for three years after slaying seven Imperial pirates and presenting their helmets as a battle trophy.[1]
